Cons:
Despite its stellar ratings, some users noticed a few areas where the Rotator didn’t quite hit the mark. These included weight and maneuverability.

Final Conclusion Kenmore 31220:
First off, bagless vacs are dumb: you have to dump the canister and the dirt gets all over, and half of it stays stuck to the plastic. All the weight — including the motor is in the handle, so you’re taking all that weight in your arm and shoulder. If you’re old and have bad joints, it’s going to hurt. (Plus side; my wife gets me to vacuum now!) The handle swivels; trying to mimic the Dyson Ball vacs — it takes some getting used to, and adds to the strain on your shoulder/arm. Finally, the motor emits a high pitched squeal that hurts the ears. We have to wear ear plugs to dampen the noise. Plus side: handle comes off & has an integrated smaller head for vacuuming under the bed etc. Has a telescoping handle for getting cobwebs on the ceiling. There’s a vacuum relief valve to reduce the suction when needed. The vac does seem to suck up the dirt & dog hair pretty well.

I purchased this to replace the dyson that died on me. I was skeptical because it was way less expensive compared to dyson. I can’t say how much I love this vacuum. I’ve only been using it for about 2 months with almost daily vacuuming (multiple kids and pets). The suction is incredible, and it is amazing how well it picks up pet hair. I use it to vacuum the whole upstairs, use the hose around the molding/trim, and use the pet nozzle on the furniture and stairs. It’s fabulous!
